By using the InkPals store and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in your selected currency and may include applicable taxes at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Products

We work to display our cases accurately, but colors and e-ink rendering may vary slightly from images on screen. The InkPals app is required to send photos to your case.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.

Limitation of liability

InkPals is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or store, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
