How does the e-ink case display my photo?+
The case has an electronic-ink panel on the back. Using the free InkPals app, you pick a photo and tap your phone to the case to transfer it over NFC. The image then stays on the display with no power.
Does the case need charging?+
No. E-ink only uses power when the image changes, and that power comes from the NFC tap. There's no battery to charge.
Which phones are supported?+
We offer cases for popular iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel models. Check the product page for your exact model.
Is the photo in color?+
Our current cases use a high-contrast e-ink display. Photos are automatically optimized for the best possible result on e-ink.
Do I need the app?+
Yes — the free InkPals app is how you choose and send photos to your case. It's available in beta on TestFlight.
How long does shipping take?+
